Payments must be made through secure payment gateways integrated on Nexsy.in. We do not store your card or banking details.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and an order confirmation email is sent to you.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of:
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer
Customers can request cancellation before the order is shipped.
Customized or print-on-demand products cannot be canceled once confirmed.
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. However, delays caused by logistics issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Print-on-demand products, customized items, and products marked as Final Sale, unless damaged or defective.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection and credited to your original payment method.
For PhonePe payments, refunds will follow PhonePe’s guidelines.
