At Nexsy.in, managed by Firsthub, we prioritize customer happiness. If you aren't fully satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a simple and transparent process.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:

  • Requests for returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Products:

  • Footwear, fashion apparel, and home décor items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  • Products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Customized or print-on-demand items (unless faulty).
  • Products labeled as Final Sale.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

 

2. Refund Conditions & Process

Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: Refunds usually take 7–10 business days post-inspection.
  • For payments made via PhonePe, refunds will be credited back to your PhonePe wallet or linked bank account as per PhonePe’s policies.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI upon confirmation.

 

3. Refunds via PhonePe

  • If you paid through PhonePe, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund time depends on PhonePe’s banking partners, usually 3–5 business days after initiation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

 

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for size or product changes are allowed based on availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed as per the above conditions.

 

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping.

 

6. Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in original condition, with tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Refunds will not be issued for used, damaged, or altered items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
